Is all the meat listed as dish ingredients tofu? Asking because a dish might list shredded pork, chicken or beef and also tofu in the ingredients. Don't understand why would list meat and tofu if the dish only has tofu.
Most dishes there are a pureed vegetable substitute they are not made out of tofu. And very few items on there have gluten in them. So the few items on the menu that are made of tofu or have gluten in them will say that at the end of the sentence so you know that that's specific meat substitute item is made with tofu or gluten. Every single meat item on the menu or items like meat are made with a pureed vegetable substitute much healthier better and with no allergic reactions like tofu can bring.

This is our favorite vegetarian restaurant here in Renton! We’ve brought some vegan friends who are very particular about their food, and they love this place, too! We really haven’t had any dishes that we didn’t like. Our favorite is the blossom stew, which isn’t always on the menu. It has fake BBQ pork, tofu, bell peppers, onions, and bamboo shoots in a sweet soy sauce. The decor and ambiance are great- the only downside is that the pricing is a bit steep. But it’s totally worth it!

If you want to take a vegetarian person on a date this is the place!What an amazing place to eat!Even if you eat meat then you will enjoy the experience.Because All of the food on the menuappears and is similar in Taste tobeef, chicken and fish.It’s so deliciousI’ve seriously thoughtabout it’s food many times!

I love meat but I also LOVE my vegetables. I thought the flavors were pretty good for an all vegetarian Vietnamese restaurant. My vegan friend LOVED it and my meat eater friends thought it was good but didn’t care for the fake meat. I loved that even though I was very full my stomach wasn’t feeling stuffed like how carbs and meat make me feel. I would definitely come back.
