Is all the meat listed as dish ingredients tofu? Asking because a dish might list shredded pork, chicken or beef and also tofu in the ingredients. Don't understand why would list meat and tofu if the dish only has tofu.
Most dishes there are a pureed vegetable substitute they are not made out of tofu. And very few items on there have gluten in them. So the few items on the menu that are made of tofu or have gluten in them will say that at the end of the sentence so you know that that's specific meat substitute item is made with tofu or gluten. Every single meat item on the menu or items like meat are made with a pureed vegetable substitute much healthier better and with no allergic reactions like tofu can bring.
